Bowen therapy is performed on the superficial and deep fascia. The fascia, or soft tissue, is the part of the connective tissue that envelops, separates and influences every organ and tissue in the body of animals. It is a gentle and relaxing way to treat and manage pain in animals, as it helps with hydrating the fascia of the body and it promotes many things but mostly suppleness and freedom from pain. Mainly for cats and dogs, But other small animals are always welcome.
First treatment will generally take 45 min- 1 hour.
In this time i will be taking a full history, Assessing the animal on a walk out, Palpating the animal and then treating the animal.
